As we welcome the New Year, Zong Yih Rubber, a long-time member of the Dajia Youth Industrial Park, did something special for this year’s party! Instead of a fancy city restaurant, we headed into the beautiful mountains of Yuanli, Miaoli. We hosted nearly 20 tables at "Red Guava Creative Cuisine," a place that feels like home. This wasn't just a dinner to thank our team, it was a way to support local farmers and show our commitment to the community.
Singing, Laughing, and Prizes for Everyone!
The party felt like a live concert! Managers and team members jumped on stage to sing their favorite songs, laughing and letting go of the year’s hard work. Of course, the lucky draw was the most exciting part, with everyone cheering and shouting! To make sure everyone went home happy, the company prepared "red envelopes" for all the staff. This "everyone wins" spirit shows how much Zong Yih has cared for its employees like family over the past 47 years.
