As a leading rubber part manufacturer in Taiwan, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that are both safe and environmentally friendly. One of the ways we ensure this is by using rubber materials that comply with REACH and ROHS regulations.
REACH is a European Union regulation that stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. The main objective of REACH is to protect human health and the environment from the potential risks of chemicals. REACH requires companies that produce or import chemicals to register them with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The ECHA then evaluates the information provided by companies to ensure the safe use of these chemicals.
ROHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances, and is a European Union directive that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The aim of ROHS is to protect the environment and human health by reducing the use of substances that are known to be hazardous, such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).
