Material Compliances

As Taiwan's leading manufacturer of rubber parts, we are committed to providing high-quality products that are both safe and environmentally friendly. One way we ensure this is by using rubber materials that comply with REACH and ROHS regulations.

REACH, which stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals, is a regulation of the European Union. The primary goal of REACH is to protect human health and the environment from the potential risks posed by chemicals. Companies manufacturing or importing chemicals are required to register these substances with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). ECHA then assesses the information provided by companies to ensure the safe use of these chemicals.

ROHS, which stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances, is a directive of the European Union that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The purpose of ROHS is to protect environmental and human health by reducing the use of known hazardous substances, such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).

At our company, we are dedicated to producing rubber parts that are safe and environmentally friendly. We understand the importance of using materials that comply with REACH and ROHS regulations, and we take this responsibility very seriously. Our rubber materials are carefully selected and tested to ensure they meet these regulations. The materials we use, in addition to complying with European REACH and ROHS regulations, also meet the requirements for drinking water grade KTW/W270, NSF 51/NSF 61, food grade FDA, the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Proposition 65), and UL94 flame resistance level.

We have also implemented a range of other measures to ensure our materials are eco-friendly. Our company has put into place energy-saving measures and waste reduction programs, and we continuously seek ways to improve our environmental performance.
